New Menu Package


In this package we will develop a full new menu with recipes, food cost, and management tools.


Service Description

It all starts with a meeting to understand your goals and needs. From there Chef Steve will develop a menu for your restaurant concept for your approval. Once approved, Chef Steve will develop all of the recipes for your new menu as well as food cost all of the items and suggest menu prices. Chef Steve will then complete all of the needed kitchen documents to roll out the new menu and train the front of the house staff on its details. Lastly Chef Steve will spend 8 days on site to train the chef/kitchen manager and staff on all of the recipes from prep to execution on the line and plating. Note: Due to the high level of customization involved in this package, the price listed is a base price. We intend to gather a full scope of work and provide a full package pricing quote based on your specific needs. At the time your custom quote is accepted we will complete a deposit and begin work on your project.


Cancellation Policy

Please send us an email and set up a free consultation (30 min) with us to discuss the details of your specific needs. From there we will provide a scope of work and price quote for the work to be preformed. Once a scope of work and price quote is accepted we require a deposit to book our services with the remaining balance due at the completion of the project. We are pleased you are considering partnering with us to look after your business and can't wait to hear how we can be helpful. Due to scheduling requirements for new contracts we do not issue deposit refunds unless we "resell" the dates you have us booked for, you can however request to move your date(s) at least 72 hours in advance. Moving an appointment prior to 72 hours in advance will not require any type of fee or penalty unless travel arrangements must be changed. Canceling within the 72 hour window does not allow us time to "resell" our services and will result in a forfeiture of your deposit unless you reschedule. Rescheduling within the 72 hour window is allowed up to once per year per client with no penalty or loss of deposit. Should a client reschedule more than once within the 72 hour window in a rolling 12 month period their deposit will forfeited and they must rebook the service and pay a new deposit. Should a client make a request that requires changing travel plans, the client will be responsible to cover any fees incurred. This policy stands apart from any cancellation policy and we make it a point to share our travel plans with you prior to booking our trip. We look forward to speaking with you soon!
