Welcome to Steven Queen Squared Consulting! Steve and Steve met in culinary school at Johnson & Wales University in North Miami over 20 years ago. Steven M. Queen went on to get his B.S. degree in Culinary Arts while Steven A. Queen achieved his B.S. in Hospitality Management. While Steven A. Queen has made a name for himself in Washington D.C. as a business and food service management expert, Steven M. Queen has made his mark in upscale kitchens across the country. Chef Steve started cooking professionally when he was 16 in Florida and formalized his culinary education by receiving a Bachelor's degree from Johnson & Wales University. Highlights from his career include being an Executive Chef for Omni Hotels & Resorts, Hilton Hotels, and Le Bilboquet Denver before moving into Corporate Executive Chef and Corporate Director of Operations roles for a multi state restaurant group with 5 concepts. Steve is a unique culinary talent blending exceptional cooking skills and techniques with a business mindset. Steve Queen is a Food & Beverage Executive with 20 years in the Food & Beverage Industry. He is a graduate from Johnson & Wales University with Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Service Management. Steve’s career started in in South Florida resort dining in a range of restaurants and banquet dining settings. After 4 years transitioning from resort style dining, he entered Contract Food Service with multiple companies (Amark, Compass Group, Sodexo, & American DIning Creations) over the past 16 years.
